Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item.

    1. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount.
      If received a damaged product or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
       

      Note: Due to hygiene concerns returns are not applicable on innerwear & masks.

       

      We will also not be able to accept the return if the product:

              • Is used/worn or altered
              • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
              • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
              • Hang tag broken
              • Serial Number is tampered. 
    2. We offer 10 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7-8 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
    3. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order. Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
    4. Order Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
    5. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
    6. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. 
    7. Payments made with COD option will get refund in form of COUPON equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
    8. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
    9. You can initiate the returns by logging into your Godfrey Account – login now.

How do I return a product?

  • login your account.
  • Go to My orders
  • Click on ‘Return Order’ Tab and mention the order details or to initiate a Return Order Please Click Here.
  • Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
  • Else you can also mail us at support@godfrey.co.in

      Mention the following  details
      > Your name
      > Bank & Branch Name
      > IFSC Code
      > Account name

  • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
  • Reverse pick-up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
  • Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: Godfrey Global Ventures LLP, 1257/1 Main Rahon Road Near Guru Vihar Street 1, Ludhiana, Punjab – 141007. Please mention return Id on the packet.
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  • Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.

Payment Refunds Policies

  • Payments made with COD option will get refund in form of COUPON equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
  • Any Godfrey Credits/cashback vouchers applied will not be activated again.
  • Please note that limited period offers that run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
  • godfrey.co.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
