Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item.

    1. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount.
      If received a damaged product or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

      Note: Due to hygiene concerns returns are not applicable on innerwear & masks.


      We will also not be able to accept the return if the product:

              • Is used/worn or altered
              • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
              • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
              • Hang tag broken
              • Serial Number is tampered. 
    2. We offer 10 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7-8 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
    3. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
    4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
    5. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. 
    6. Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
    7. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
    8. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • login your account.
  • Go to My orders
  • Click on ‘Return Order’ Tab and mention the order details or to initiate a Return Order Please Click Here.
  • Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
  • Else you can also mail us at

  • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
  • Reverse pick-up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
  • A MAXIMUM amount of Rs.80 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of Godfrey coupon.


  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money in your mentioned account or issue Godfrey Credits, as per your preferred choice.
  • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

  • For orders placed using Godfrey Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Godfrey Credits account only.
  • Any Godfrey Credits/cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.
  • Please note that limited period offers that run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
  • Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  1. When you cancel an order after using the reward points of the same order, we will deduct the used points from your loyalty points.
  2. If the loyalty points are in negative, you can earn points by placing orders but you can only use them after it becomes positive again.
  3. When you return your order, the value of the reward points used will credit to your Godfrey credits and you can use it in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your reward point.
  4. When you partially return your order, we refund the value of the reward points for the particular item and add to your Godfrey credits, which you can use in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your reward points
  5. will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  6. No returns on innerwear & Masks.
  7. Refund/Godfrey Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  8. Godfrey Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
  9. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
