Delivery:

Termination of this agreement could be initiated either from your end or ours at any given point of time and without any notice. It is in the sole discretion of godfrey.co.in to terminate this user agreement at any point of time, without any prior notice.
Entire agreement:
If in any case, any portion of this user agreement between you and godfrey.co.in is determined to be invalid to applicable laws including but not limited to, limitations, guarantees, warranties or disclaimers mentioned above, then the invalid provision shall be superseded by the valid and enforceable provision that closely matches the intent of the original provision and rest of the agreement will remain applicable in full force.
Privacy policy:

Jurisdiction:
This user agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws in India only. Any disputes or differences in interpretation or whatsoever shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Ludhiana courts
